Be the solution instead of being a problem. Solve conflicts, especially when they are unnecessary. Why cause fire when you know it will burn the bush?
* Commitment.
Be committed in what you do, even when you go wrong. Be true to your responsibility.
* Accountability.
Can you account for your Time? For your stay in school? For your life? What have you done? For your income and money? What are you remembered of? Is your presence registrable and noticeable?
* Focus on results
. Results defend and speak for you. Its the key thing. Everyone looks at the results and forget everything else but if you have no results everyone will look at the everything else. Be results oriented.
