How efficient are you with your time? When you go to bed, are you satisfied with what you have done during the day? Do you sometimes feel tired yet when you review your day, you did very little?

Starting now, track how you are spending your time. Try to find ways to increase your productivity by making better use of margins.

Avoid distractions at all costs. Remember, one takes averagely 11 minutes to regain concentration. What happens if you get distracted every 5 minutes?
